Ramson (Allium ursinum)

I went with a friend to take some of that ramson leaves in my mother town’s forest to cook a delicious pesto with it.
The ramson is  also called wild garlic because of its strong taste of garlic.
If you literally translate from Latin or French it would be “bear garlic”.
